Finding an area of a square

 Today I learnt  about Walt finding the area of a Square. In cm and x it by 4 to get the answer .
We had to find out  how meany Squares would fit in our classroom.we learnt that a Square has four sizes.we learnt about the lenth and the angal.I learnt that squares have four sides and four cornors and I learnt that a cube Square has six faces.

Reading stamina

This week we learnt about Reading stamina we chose a book and then we opened our computer and made a new doc and we pressed tools then we clicked voice typing we used it because it was reading time we were trying to complete it most people didnt complete it we did it everyday to read clearly so when the next time we read we can do better than before some people practise at home so they can speak clearly.
 

Blackmores Lunch

On Wednesday the whole school went to the hall to have lunch. We had a roli and  pretzels and a apple and a cookie we picked the rubbish up.  Blackmores also made signs for our classroom.  Thank you Blackmores.

Swimming

Today our class went swimming at 9:30. First we had to change into our togs, next we lined up outside. Then we went to the pool, at the pools we had a shower then we sat on the concrete.
Then we got in the pool and then they told us to float on our back then we float on our stomach. 

After that we got in our groups, I was in group 1. We were floating on our back then we were floating on our stomach,after that we got out of the pool. 

Finally I got my towel and went inside the changing room. I felt happy because I like swimming with my friends.
